On Sunday morning when the cyclone 'Jal' is around the corner, Chennai witnessed the gusty winds and good downpour of rains. Day started on a lazy note and to get charged up entire family decided to go for the nearby beach. When we went to Pattinapakkam seashore, we saw the real roughness of the sea and how much the sea water came in to town. Watching the beach on a cyclone day is really a great thing. With not much crowd, we drove our old Alto and roamed around the Marina beach. While we came home just stopped the car near Srinivasapuram. All of a sudden Sun News crew came and approached us for a small interview on what we are feeling on that moment. I just given a small talk on the weather and how we are feeling the climate. It just happened. Also we never thought that this is going to come in Sun News. I got a call from my colleague and friend Kishore on coming in Sun News it really terrified. After that there was more than 50 calls during the day and around 20 SMSs too... Sun News telecasted the clipping of my speech in every 30 minutes and every time the news is over, I used to get 3-5 calls/SMSs. In the night while discussing with my wife, I realized the reach of "Sun" and much news we want on a holiday. Good experience personally.... :)
